When to Arrive
Be at Lewis Wharf 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time with your full group. This ensures you get the full 2-hour cruise.

Common Questions
Before You Book

Is the boat easy to drive? Do I need experience?
No experience needed. The boat has a top speed of 6 MPH, and you'll get a full walkthrough from our crew before departure. There's a digital nav screen with a preset route. The designated captain must be 21+.
What if it rains?
The boats have canopies with full window enclosures, so we operate through rain and cooler weather. We only cancel for unsafe conditions (high winds, severe storms, lightning). If we cancel, you get a full rain check or refund (10% processing fee applies to refunds).
What's the cancellation policy?
There's a 4-day freeze period before your booking. Cancel before that and you'll get a refund minus a $100 fee. Within the freeze, no refund. Peek Protect is available at checkout for full-flexibility cancellation (24hr notice).
Can I bring alcohol?
Yes! Beer, wine, and hard seltzers are welcome. No straight hard liquor and no glass bottles or glassware. Please drink responsibly.
Are there bathrooms on the boat?
No onboard bathrooms, but there's a porta-potty at the dock and designated docking spots along the route (Legal Harborside, Reelhouse, Encore Boston) where you can stop for a break.
What about shoes?
We have a no-shoe policy on the boats to keep them in great condition. A shoe basket is provided onboard. Wear rubber-sole shoes or boat shoes for walking on the dock.
I have a group bigger than 12. Can you accommodate?
Absolutely. We can book up to 6 boats at once for groups up to 72 people. Contact us directly for multi-boat reservations and corporate outings.
Are kids and pets allowed?
All ages welcome — kids under 12 must wear a life jacket at all times. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed on the boats.
